I wonder why God compelled me to live in a place like this, Whidbey Island Paradise away from my Polynesian Island Paradise, in American Samoa or on Oahu!
Since living here, God had unraveled the malicious and deceitful truths brought against me from those once closest to me. Michelle my ex-wife and the amount lies she has gotten away with, while conspire to have me on medications, and also encourage her on in her misdeeds and cover up within marriage over a dozen years ago. That involved a Nurse, her Father, her job, faculty members, and extra sexual marital affair(s) while on the campus of UW and on Oahu prior to our divorce in 1998.
My own siblings have betrayed me as well. They that were once supportive and encouraging to me, have turned into my worst tormentors I've dealt with ever in my entire life time. They are as bad as my IBS problems when it's inflamed!
Well the Navy is what I promised to reveal to my family and others like Michelle my ex-wife, and I haven't fallen short in doing so either. I may be moving a bit south of the NAS, I still live amongst many retirees and active duty members from the US Navy!
What compliments such a noble and honorary armed forces environment is what brings therapeutic healing and recovery from my major stresses through the natural forest life, the wild life, the marine life and grand mountain ranges, all on the peripheral, but God sends or shows his presence in a very real fashion, and I'm grateful for all that He has created to help me through my strife and struggles.
I've been blessed to live here, and it has changed my priorities, perspectives and patterns in the way I live my life now. Delivery of my past US Naval way living feels surreal and nostalgic at times, because it's the hard TRUTH EVERYONE wants absent in my past life, and my current life, but the can't dismiss entirely, ever!
Living all my infant, childhood and adolescent life on Amercian Samoa, and on the Island of Oahu, there familiarity here on Island County WA. Nevertheless, it's an living, working and playing environment that reminds me and them, of my Sea Duty Tour onboard the USS Tarawa LHA-1 home ported in San Diego, CA. for for 4 years, before transferring to Seattle, WA. for my Shore Duty Tour prior to being Discharged Honorably, for my active duty service from 1987-1993!
Again God unravelled things to me about Michelle from 15 years ago while we were together at UW and on Oahu from 1994-1998. While on the other hand, He is revealing the US Navy Work Environments, through Sea Duty Commands that are underway on the Straits of Juan De Fuca, or activity on Naval Airstrips found on the NAS, or just south of it in Coupeville. I'll always be around the Retired, Veteran and Active Duty Personnel Community on this Island or in Everett, WA. as well. It's essentially why Michelle, nor my own pagan siblings, nor the FEDS will EVER remove the US Navy from my past!
It's the TRUTH armored by God Himself!
It's now easier to forgive Michelle, with me having changed into a new creation given the help in this aesthetic living and work environment on Island County. She betrayed and deceived someone who I once was as her husband. She betrayed what she didn't accept, nor appreciate in me as a husband; that in which I am no longer a part of, nor have an interest in anymore!
That's why God has me here!
