Restless Leg Syndrome while sitting, is a major side effect from my medications (Seroquel and Clonazepam) that I've had to deal with for many years now. But after realizing how I could alleviate my back pain while sitting for long periods of time by stretching my PMS while sitting, it helped to suppress my RLS problem. With me sitting crossed legged, I can keep my Piriformis Muscle from tightening, keep my spinal skeletal posture aligned properly as well avoiding the shakes or bouncing from starting in my legs!
It can really become miserable once my legs start to shake or bounce non stop for 30 minutes to an hour at a time; and I've had to get up do things to alleviate these restless nerves in the past! I don't believe my RLS is completely cured, because I've just increased the dosage for one of the two medications that I'm prescribed to take everyday!
Most Sincere,
